What is Smoothcomp
Smoothcomp is a tournament system for Judo and other martial arts. As a player (or parent), you can register for a tournament and then get all the necessary information on the day of the match itself. Eg draw, which mat will the match(s) take place and when.
What is required to get started with Smoothcomp
A profile must be created with: Name, email address (can be mother's/father's), date of birth, belt grade and gender. You must then link the profile to your club (or federation if you are competing in Nordic championship).

I have more children, how do I solve it?
Create a profile on mother/father. It is then possible to have up to 8 linked profiles under your profile, that you can manage. It is called "Linked profiles" and is done under the menu items "User" and "Manage profiles".

On the actual tournament day...
The most common questions at a judo tournament are:
- Where do I find the draw (those I will be competing against)
- On which tatami?
- When do i fight?
- Open Smoothcom.com and log in.
- Normaly you are directed to your "Account". If not, go to menu and select "Account".
- Here you will find your registrations, and if drawl is done, your next match. Click on it - you are in control.
- You can either focus on next match or go to Event, choose "Brackets" and "Find matches"
- Put in name in "Search fighter". If you have more children you want to monitor? Use Surname.
- COACH TIP: I filter menu, filter on "Club". Then you get all your athletes up.
- Voila :-D

You own your data in Smoothcomp and choose how it should be exposed.

- Hide public profileThis means that others cannot retrieve information about your profile. However, your name will still be visible in competitions you have entered, as it is a public event.
- Delete accountThe account will be deleted throughout Smoothcomp. In the results list, it will say "Unknown user".
